The switching between two SIM card/phone numbers is necessarily only for dialing, in standby mode the phone is able to receive the call phones from both cards, is that correct?

Yes, the phone has a silent mode. Go to system settings --> Scene setting --> Silent.
And yes, the original iphone skins will fit the phone.
